i am trying to lose weight after having a baby three months ago. i am breastfeeding though so trying to eat really healthy and have lots of energy for the baby. it's super hard to stay away from refined sugar during the holidays so i am hoping to find others who are doing the same and we can support each other! i agree with rob and lovedance that small meals are best-- keeps the energy up. i heard a great radio program today on KPFA 94.1 FM 'your own health and fitness' with Lana Berman that had great suggestions about eating more protein and that will help you crave less sugar.

next stop: pilates class!
