Revive 2010: Poetry & the Necessity of Movement will help you find exactly where and how the desire to move originates -- the poetical voyage with the body and consciousness. You will come to know how the spring and rise of movement comes from recognizing an inner "necessity" and not only technique. This workshop will help you find a poetic expression of one's own truth in movement. Elements of yoga, chi gong, Tao, and various dance techniques will be incorporated to help you "experience" your movement truthfully and sincerely, and touch the depths of expression that dwells within.
